Somehow the professionals wearing Marcus nurses uniforms inside the facility calm down the elderly. They feel safe with them and taken cared of. They feel that they have someone to help them with their needs which they can’t address by themselves anymore.
Families of patients in the facility saw how dependent the elderly are to the nurses and caregivers. They witnessed how their love ones are well taken cared of and how they are not mere patients but like grandparents to majority of the workers there.
Skinny and dry
I was watching this famous celebrity from Hollywood. She is known in the world of fashion and her popularity took her to reality TV. Anyway, as I was watching her, all I could think of was how skinny she is and how dry her skin is! You can tell how unhealthy she is. I couldn’t think of anything else but her apparent need for hydrator and some real good full meal. She is that skinny and dry!
Some women think that drinking water can make them fat. Maybe too much of water can do that I am not too sure. What I am sure at is our need for water not only to hydrate the inside of our body but the outside as well.
Suddenly sentimental
It might have something to do with the weather. It might be the time of the year. It might have something with his coming birthday. It could be a number of reasons but Eric is suddenly over sentimental about a lot of things. He saw his Seymour Duncan and all of a sudden he felt like just crawling in a corner of his house, turning all the lights off and just playing the old songs that will remind him of the years gone by.
It was raining and everyone seemed to be inside their own houses. He was texting friends and it seemed that they were all busy with whatever they were doing. So Eric was left to himself and his sentiments.
Both happy!
I may not be a married woman but I do know the fact that if both husband and wife are happy with their marriage bed, chances are they won’t go looking elsewhere for it. It’s not 100% sure that it will happen to all couples but I personally know some who are in the situation I mentioned.

That number one regret might be something I would also feel by the time I am on my deathbed. I wish I will be able to turn my life around and live a life I’ve always wanted.
Balance in life
Work hard. That’s what I always tell my love ones. Work hard so there won’t be shortage of food on the dining table. Work hard so that money will keep flowing in. But since we are working hard, we should also know when to reward ourselves. We need to indulge from time to time. We need to pamper ourselves for a job well done. We don’t need a mettler balance to know all these.
We need that balance in life.
Or we will just keel over from too much hard work or go broke from indulging nonstop.
Long time coming

He’s been dropping hints to his wife before Christmas last year that he wanted those gloves but for some reason his wife was not able to pick up the hints. Good thing that before their wedding anniversary the other day, George’s wife was able to finally get the hints he’s been dropping for days. And now he has the gloves he wants!

She is drawn to unusual men. The ones who are not into sports. The ones who are pretending to know nothing when in fact they are smart. Why they do that I have no idea really. Men who are playing the baritone horns instead of the more common musical instruments. I guess that’s because she is pretty unusual herself.
She is really sexy but she doesn’t want to show it. She isn’t conservative but she loves wearing dresses fit for spinsters. She is also into graffiti painting even if she looks like she’s more into something tamer.

Fit for the job
I just read how a celebrity wishes she could get a personal trainer certification very soon. She is into fitness training for the past couple of months and she feels that she is fit to work as a trainer.
But since she’s really busy with some events and projects, she still has to find a period in her calendar where she can fit that certification course. She has a very hectic schedule but for her love of fitness, she will find a way to get that certificate soon!
Taking care of the soul
Every Sunday I make it a point to go to church. Taking care of the soul is also a priority for me just as taking care of my body is. I have a specific worship seating that I go to. I have a set of prayers to say when inside the church.
I think I can safely say that I am a religious person. Not a fanatic but enough of a person of prayer. It’s the one thing I have in my life that is constant and will never change.
I do believe that faith is important. It will keep us hoping and believing in tomorrows.
Not enough time
When you grow old one thing you will notice a lot of is that there is not enough time to do all the things you want done in a day. You always find yourself rushing to get things done. You always get surprised that the time is flying by so fast, that it’s already night time and sleep is beckoning you to succumb to it.
I am just in my 30′s yet I feel that way already. I wonder how’d I feel when I am in my senior years.
I guess I am one of those people who are born middle-aged.
Best of friends.
When we became closer, I thought we’d be best of friends until we grow old and gray. I thought I’d be good friends with her soon-to-be-husband, be part of her wedding entourage, be godmother to her first child, be there on all the special occasions, be one of the first few people to know about the most important stuff in her family life, and more. But things have a way of changing. One small misunderstanding grew into a wider-than-the-ocean gap. We were not able to bridge it anymore and we ended up not speaking. And now, not friends anymore.
It was one of the biggest regrets of my life. Letting go of the one person who truly knew me inside-out. Letting go of my best friend.

Not-so-surprising pregnancy
No one believed that Maddy could still get pregnant at the age of 38. She had three difficult pregnancies and people were advising her against another one. Maddy is now wearing maternity dresses. Yes, Maddy’s pregnant at the age of 38. Her doctors told her she’s doing fine and that it won’t be another difficult pregnancy as she’s now being monitored 24/7 by a nurse at home. Her husband made sure she is being taken cared of.
She and her husband are praying it will be a baby girl this time around.
Visiting a friend
Last week was full of visits to and from friends. Not only am I talking about myself but also other members of the family. My sister visited a friend she hadn’t seen in over a year. She was told that the friend is already living in the countryside and that she’s only in the city for medical check-ups. So my sister dropped by the hotel where her friend’s staying at and when she entered the room, she smelled the eucalyptus essential oil that her friend is known for. She loves that smell! I also remember smelling that one when I picked up my sister one time from her house in the past.
My sister originally planned to stay and visit for at least an hour as she had some errands to run that day, too. But over a year of catching up couldn’t be crammed into an hour. My sister ended up staying for almost half a day! There’s just too many things they wanted to talk about and they did.
