I was talking to an aunt about wrinkles and other skin problems just the other day. You know, my aunt calls out of the blue from time to time. And she would just blurt out something and our three-hour phone marathon conversation would kick off from there. The other day it was all about skin and beauty. Two weeks ago it was about her new puppy.

One of the things we talked about was facelift. Am I for or against it? I am neither. I am neutral about cosmetic surgery and everything related to beauty procedures as I call it. I don’t condemn those who have undergone it and would like to undergo the procedure. If it makes them feel happy and rejuvenated and young, so be it. To each his own. I always say that as long as you don’t hurt others and it makes you feel good inside, then why not?
